How fast can we move in?

7-10 working days from a signed agreement. Faster if you're flexible on furniture finish — we keep three pre-furnished offices ready for same-week move-in.

Can we customise the layout?

Yes. Furniture arrangement, signage, branded glass film, custom paint colours — within reason. We'll sketch options and quote anything bespoke.

Is parking available?

Public lot adjacent (AED 200/mo). We can reserve spots in our private garage at AED 400/mo. Visitor parking is 3 hrs free.

What's the visitor policy?

Pre-register visitors via the member app or just call ahead. Reception greets them in your name, offers refreshments, and shows them up. After-hours visitors need fob escort.

Can we host events in the boardroom?

The 20-seat boardroom is bookable for events up to 30 people. Catering, AV, additional staff coordinated by us, billed at cost +10%. Members get priority.

Can the office be on our trade license?

Yes. Address registered with DED — accepted for trade license, residency, and corporate bank accounts. We provide ejari, attestation, and Makani document.
