Things you'll probably ask.

Is the desk really mine, or do I share it on rotation?

Yours. Reserved seat with your name on a small placard. If you only need a desk for a day, ask about our Day Pass — AED 100/day on the open-plan floor, no commitment.

Can clients visit me at the desk?

Reception will greet them in your name. For the meeting itself, book a boardroom — it's quieter and looks more professional than chatting at a shared desk.

What if I need more meeting room time?

AED 50/hr after your 1 included hour (or four 15-minute slots). Or upgrade to the Office for unlimited meeting hours.

Can I use the address for my trade license?

Yes — the address is registered with DED and accepted for trade-license, residency, and bank account purposes. Tell us at signup and we'll provide the lease attestation you need.

What's the cancellation policy?

30 days' written notice. No setup fees, no exit fees, no fine print. We'd rather you stay because you want to than because you're locked in.

Do you offer trial days?

First day is on us. Walk in, work the day, decide whether to sign. We'll set up Wi-Fi access and show you around.
